PROMED MANAGEMENT, INC.(PMM), has been involved Medical and Business consulting since 1972. PMM has developed National and International clients in the areas of health care management and administration.

PMM has developed and managed various businesses including medical and dental facilities over the past 30 years. This includes feasibility studies site selection, design assistance and construction of the physical facilities.

PMM provides in-house consulting services for the design and development of in-house management and staff programs. They provide training seminars to management and staff in the areas of customer relations, business enhancements and technical support.

PMM also works with individual and groups in the corporate structure of their business organization. This includes but is not limited to corporate formations, i.e., Corporations, Sub S Corporations, LLC, PLLC, etc. Their services include corporate compliance issues, registrations in other states and or other countries outside of the United States.

One of the major areas of service is in legal issues, mediation between partners and associates for the formation or reorganization of existing businesses.

PMM Designs, develops and implicates marketing programs for medical tourism programs internationally, which includes medical centers and medical spas.
