RICHARD G. WEDIG, BSBA - Mr. Wedig has extensive experience in hospital and clinic administration. He has experience in the evaluation, design, development and implementation of medical clinics and health care organizations, including mergers and acquisitions. As a health care consultant, he has developed programs on a national and international basis. He is the president of a medical consulting company that works with medical group on a national basis in the formation and structure of various health care groups and organizations.

Mr. Wedig has written books and articles on various health care issues and has provided management-training programs to health care professionals throughout the U.S., Maylasia, Mexico, and Russia.

Former Adjunct Dean for International Medical Programs, St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy, St. Petersburg. Mr. Wedig worked with the directors of the medical school in the design of a medical school program for U.S. students.

STEVEN T. BRAMWELL, M.D. (Medical Director) - Dr. Bramwell specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He was the head team physician and orthopedic surgeon for the athletic teams at University of Washington for over 20 years. He also serves as a Diplomat on the Board of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Bramwell is a nationally known surgeon and he has written many articles for medical publications and has given numerous lectures and presentations.

He participated in several seminars, which he and Richard Wedig conducted for professors and department heads at medical schools in St. Petersburg, Russia. He has made special trips to the Philippines to participate in training medical personnel on various surgical procedures.

Dr. Bramwell has designed and managed a multi specialty clinic and currently owns an orthopedic medical practice and surgery center in Kirkland, Washington. He is one of the founders of the Sports Medical Institute, which specializes in rehabilitation of post surgical patients and accelerated training of amateur, collegiate and professional athletes.

ROGER ANDERSEN, MD, MPH, FAOG (Director of Clinical Research/Trials) Dr. Andersen specialized in OB/GYN and clinical research. As a physician and surgeon Dr. Andersen has been involved in several cutting edge procedures, which has benefited many patients through out the Northwest and Canada. He traveled extensively providing health care to many in remote areas around the world. Much of the service that he provided was on a humanitarian basis.

Roger established the West Seattle Women�s Clinic where was in private practice for over 25 years. In that time he established multiple clinics to serve the female population of the Northwest and Alaska. He also was a member of the University of Washington clinical faculty residency-training program for OB/GYN and Family Practice.

Dr. Andersen works extensively in clinical trials development, FDA submissions and scientific research studies for the US and Canada.

CATHERINE FRANCE HIRD, MD After completing her medical and surgical training at St. Mary�s Hospital, London, England she returned to her home land of Australia where she established her practice on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Dr. Hird also studied Homoeopathic Medicine under Dr. Deligaris and Dr. Valkoulkas in Holistic Medicine in Athens, Greece.

Dr. Hird moved to Southern California where she trained under Dr. James Fulton in plastic and facial surgery. Upon completing her training with Dr. Fulton she established a Cosmetic Surgery and Rejuvenation clinic in San Diego, California. During this time she set up an association with a medical group in Tijuana and established Hospital Villafloresta, The Villa of Youth in La Mesa, Mexico A Cosmetic Surgery & Rejuvenation facility for Surgeries & Treatments procedures.

In 1995 Dr. Hird focused most of her time in San Diego, California and opened the Nu Image Institute at the Bay View Hospital. She semi retired in 2001, but continues to work as a consultant in setting up new faculties in the US and Mexico. Dr. Hird continues to lecture on a national basis on Cosmetic Surgery and Facial Skin Rejuvenation.

BRENDEN R. WHITE, OD (Director Optometric Services) Dr. White is the President of InVision Eye Health, and Premier Vision Group. After completing his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Utah he entered a fellowship training program in Anterior Segment Disease, Surgical Co-management a the Omni Eye Specialists of Colorado. Upon the completion of his medical education he established his practice in the Salt Lake Valley where he has established a very successful practice. Dr. White has designed and built three Optometry offices over the past 6 years. He serves as a consultant to other Optometrist and Ophthalmologist in designing and building successfully practices.

ROBERT A. BODINE, MBA (Director of Human Resources) Robert has over thirty years of experience in management and operations. His experiences include work on both a national and international basis, including several major international corporations and organizations.

While working in Saudi Arabia, he was the Administrator of Administrative Services for NME. He was responsible for the development of a five year, one billion dollar health care project employing over 7000 personnel. He has extensive experience in the development and management of clinics, surgical centers, and other related heath care ventures.

Mr. Bodine has worked with several major health care organizations such as, Life Mark Corporation, and INA Health Plans. He has been responsible for the development and management of human resources for the corporation, and the development and installation of computerized personnel systems, management-training programs for all personnel in the organization, which included corporate and clinical personnel. His programs and services have been able to realize dramatic increases in production, an increase in the quality of the products or services they provide, and improve the bottom line. His experience extends to both private business as well as government agencies.

Mr. Bodine was a featured speaker at several conferences and conventions, and taught management courses on a part-time basis at the University of Arizona. He has also recently authored a book on quality and organization excellence.

JOEL J. SALTER, BS, DC (Director of Altrnetive Medicine) Dr. Salter's background is in Chiropractic medicine with emphasis in nutraceuticals and alternative therapies. He graduated with Clinical Honors at Western States Chiropractic College an elite Chiropractic College. He also, has his degree in computer science, his specialty is in the field of Computer Information and Technology. This field includes work in visual technologies (i.e. web pages, use of graphical programs) Programming and Networking. He has been involved in clinical research studies, a 15-year DNA studies and a weight loss study. He assists in the design and implementation of the studies. Once the studies are in place, he acts as the site coordinator. He is responsible for creating reports on the progress of the study and its participants. Before his education, he spent two years in the Philippines, and is fluent in the language Tagalog.

BRIAN J. HARMER, RN Mr. Harmer a Registered Nurse specializing in orthopedics. He has been involved in several clinical research studies, as a study coordinator. Some of the studies include DNA and weight loss. As a study coordinator, he was involved in the enrollment, and interview process of the patients in the studies. He is fluent in Spanish.
