Medical Center Outline
SUMMARY
The development of a world class medical center is not a new idea, however due to the aging population of our country and the world it is important to continue to develop new integrated health care technologies that will help in the fight against disease and poverty on a world wide basis.
The medical center that we are proposing will be a world class medical center that will be established to provide integrated medical services and technology in the areas of prevention and treatment of an individual’s health care issues on a global basis.
The health care programs are primarily set up for high profile executives, public figures and heads of state. Therefore high security and privacy is extremely important.
Over the past several years there has been a developing trend to travel outside of the US to medical resorts to receive high level medical services, mainly for the privacy and relaxing and personal care environment. Due to the unfriendly environment outside of the US and the varying medical standards throughout of the world, many high profile individuals in the US and outside of the US prefer to receive their health care in the US where the standards are known and performed under strict guidelines.
There are some outstanding health care provides in the US who have set the standards for world class medical services and technologies such as the Mayo Clinics, Scripps, the Cleveland Clinic, and others that continue to develop new standards for health care.
Our goal is to create medical centers on par with the top medical centers in the US and take the personal care to a new level by providing a beautiful relaxing environment in which to receive medical care. The medical centers being developed will be located in a world class environment. A major portion of the healing process can be attributed to the personal care and a conductive environment in which a patient is receiving their treatment.
The medical center will provide an integrated team of specialists with expertise in different fields that work together in the diagnosis and treatment of the individual patient in both preventative and medical procedures.
The technology and expertise that is being developed will also be shared with other health care provides throughout the world by the state of the art telemed conferencing capabilities.
The Medical Center will become a hub for continuing medical education and research for health provides throughout the world. Medical conferences and seminars will be held on a regular basis. The leading health care providers and medical researchers from around the world will be invited to share their expertise with other physicians and surgeons who attend the conferences.
The financial support and expertise to develop a medical center of this nature is in place and ready to proceed. The finances are in place and have been allocated for this project.

As health care in the US and other countries become more and more expensive it is placing more responsibility on the individual to pay for their health care services out of pocket. Insurance coverage is becoming limited and more difficult to qualify for. Insurance companies want to limit their exposure for people with health risks factors, i.e., high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dermatitis; this does not include cancer or heath diseases. The expenditure for health care in the US has reached over $1.5 Trillion, which represents 14.5% of the GDP of the US. The more people have to spend for their health care the more they want to feel like they are getting their monies worth. They want personal health care and attention for their money.
Many medical clinics in the US are crowed, understaffed and the physicians have a limited amount of time to spend with the patient in order to maintain the economics of their insurance contracts. The patient often feels like the physician is treating their insurance and not them.
For all of the above mentioned and many more that have not been mentioned lays the groundwork for a very successful medical center.
